This set of Extra Soft Pastels from Sennelier contains 80 half sticks, specially chosen to aid in depicting the grandeur of the natural world.

It took over three years, around the end of the 19th Century, to formulate the Sennelier range of Extra Soft Pastels and thus to create one of the worlds largest chromatic pastel ranges. This range has evolved over the years, but the heart of its design remains unchanged. 

A Sennelier Extra Soft Pastel is a high quality pure pigment finely ground with a natural binder. The high quality composition is the result of the perfect balance between binder and pigment. The manufacturing process does not involve any compression and the pastels are dried naturally in the open air.
